Spark: Sensing with Arduino
Build something that senses the real world.
2 hours
10 per session
Learn to read the physical world with an Arduino. Connect real sensors, write code that responds to them, and build a working project you’ll understand inside out — even if you’ve never written a line of code before.
Participants under 18 must attend with a ticket holding adult, such as a parent, carer, guardian or other responsible adult.
What you'll learn
- >> Arduino basics: setup, pins, and your first sketch
- >> Connect and read sensors: light, temperature, distance
- >> Respond to sensor data with outputs and actions
- >> Debug your code and fix problems independently
